Over the years, the Squizify team has steadily grown from a startup to a scaled-up solution, comprising of talented individuals in tech, sales, customer success, product, and marketing.
Today, Squizify stands as a user-friendly, comprehensive digital food safety management system trusted by thousands of venues worldwide.
Our Journey So Far
Our founder, Daniel McDouall has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years owning and running multiple restaurants and managing hundreds of staff.
Over the years, Daniel could see first hand how quickly small food safety issues could become major problems without the correct processes and procedures in place.
Squizify was born out of the frustration he faced having to use manual, paper based processes that relied heavily on staff correctly filling out and managing this process. Fast forward to today Squizify is now used by thousands of venues around the globe to manage key food safety compliance including task management, temperature monitoring, food pre-labeling, auditing and inspections, food safety training and freight tracking.
Just being food safe compliant isn’t the highwater mark but rather the minimum standard. Our goal is to improve food safety across the world, one plate at a time, by giving venues a solution that reduces brand risk, improves quality control and frees up time for staff to work on other important tasks to grow your business.
